課程概述 |
-Derived categories and Derived functors:
Construction of Derived categories, Homotopy categories, the structure of Derived category, Derived functors, Spectral sequence, Sheaf cohomology.
-Triangulated Categories:
Basic structures, Examples, t-structure.

課程目標 |
Homological algebra is a tool used to prove non-constructive existence theorems in algebra and also provide obstructions to carrying out various kinds of constructions. This course will introduce the aspiring graduate students to the fundamental themes of the subject. |
|
課程要求 |
This course assumes knowledge of Group theory, Module theory including “Hom and Tensor product, projectives, injectives and flats”and Basic homological theory. |
